We are currently hiring a Group Product Manager of Core Platforms to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!


This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in one of our corporate locations in Utah or Arizona.

YOU ARE: A highly skilled Strategic leader with technical product experience with a background in managing exceptional customer experience products.  You have a passion for utilizing data to solve problems, innovate and create products that delight our customers.  You will have strong leadership skills to coach product teams.  You are a strong communicator and are able to align and gain buy-in from key stakeholders through trusted relationships throughout the organization. 



  • Demonstrate ability to build a high performing and collaborative team that promotes trust and creativity
  • Demonstrate leadership ability in building cross collaboration amongst peers and relationships throughout the company by breaking down silos and gaining buy in from Key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ability to solve difficult problems by bringing innovative solutions and thought leadership
  • Proven ability to think out-side the box when assessing risks and providing well-structured, data-informed written narratives to mitigate risks
  • Proven results in guiding product managers and product owners in the development of solutions to solve difficult problems
  • Lead your product team, by providing the strategy and vision of core platform solutions
  • Drive the strategic product roadmap in partnership with other product leaders, internal and external stakeholders including retailers and consumers
  • Lead cross functional initiatives to identify business problems, mitigate risk, and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research
  • Guide product teams through the analysis of product performance using product performance data


  • 8 + years' of experience in software Product Management
  • Experience in core platform products that support the end to end customer journey
  • Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution
  • Exceptional communication skills: listening, speaking, collaborating, and proven ability to write/present effectively to a variety of audiences
  • High-integrity and ambition to relentlessly pursue the best possible product and service
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor product managers and product owners
  • Experience is customer payment solutions
  • Mobile & Web based Product experience
  • Passion and desire for innovating exciting new solutions that enhance the customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience


  • Risk product experience
  • Experience working in a FinTech
  • Experience in LTO or similar solutions
